How does this work for vacation owners?
Resort space for our corporate clients is a high demand need, and the request for weeks available is pre-placed meaning if you are to rent your extra time out, it’s not as though we place your listing on a website and hope for the best as far as somebody seeing it and deciding to rent your space out: Your resort location is already ideal for one or several of our business clients, and the offers from them, provided by us are guaranteed.
Lets say my weeks don't get rented within the total turn around time; What happens then?
Simply put, were your weeks, for whatever reason, not rented out within the time period put in place upon your signing of the rental agreement we at Business Corporate Travel refuse to let that be the end of things for you and will re-market your weeks free-to-you at our own expense in order to make sure you receive the compensation your rep informed you about when you first agreed to sign on board.
What would be the reasons my weeks aren't rented?
The only way your weeks won’t get rented is if you’re unreachable when we send an offer your way to approve of. It’s crucial that you respond to each request to rent. Business Corporate Travel does make it as easy as possible though, as if a response to a request isn’t signed off on we will make multiple attempts to contact you in order to get the rental in the books for you! It’s honestly as simple as that, because we don’t take ownership of your weeks.
